Ferranti Tapchangers Limited provides worldwide a comprehensive range of services to support the full range of Ferranti Tapchanger (tap changer) Models i.e. DS2, DS300, DS5, DS500,ES3, ES3/19, EC4, FC4, FC6, GC6, GC12, HR6, HR12, HD12, HD14, DC3, FL6, FL12 ,ST and Rotary Tapchangers (tap changers).

Our service engineers, some with over 30 years of experience of building and servicing Ferranti Tapchangers, can provide on-site or in-house technical support, routine maintenance, regular service, breakdown or repair (most which can be undertaken on site), refurbishment, rebuild and new assembly.

Our engineers can visit your site for assessment, evaluation, thorough inspection and will report back on their findings. However because our engineer carries to site Product Service Kits containing all the commonly used components we often find that repairs and tapchanger service can be concluded at the first visit.

Product Service Kits for all models of Ferranti Tapchangers (tap changers) are offered to our regular customers on a 'sale or return' basis, available ex stock and delivered 'next day' (UK) for any ordered received before 3pm.

Our aim is to minimise downtime on our customer's tapchangers and so Ferranti Tapchangers Ltd. carries in stock all commonly used spare parts and also most strategic components such as Barrier Boards, Mouldings, Hot Metal Pressings etc to reduce the turn-around time and minimise costs.

Full assemblies, such as Selector Switch Assemblies or Divertor Switch Assemblies can be supplied either all new components, in a re-conditioned or service exchange format using only Genuine Ferranti Replacement Parts.
