Ferranti Tapchanger (tap
changer) Service
Engineer, with over 30 years Ferranti tapchanger experience,
working on an FC selector switch. With the cover and gasket removed
access is afforded to the bath tub style barrier board housing
the fixed contacts, the moving contacts, couplings, lead screws,
shafts and busbars. All genuine parts are available from Ferranti
Tapchangers Ltd. Components are produced utilising Ferranti owned
moulding tooling. Many strategic parts such as barrier boards
and long lead time items are held in stock. |
