above picture shows a Ferranti Tapchanger (tap changer) type
DS and ES Range Selector Switch Contact Housing Base. The base
consists of the base moulding, centre neutral shaft, fixed contacts
together with special roller contacts and specified gaskets.
The barrier board moulding is of a special material and construction
type tested by Ferranti and approved by the various area and
national boards. |
